Erroneous Transactions
Payments sent erroneously to the wrong party will not be refunded by SaralMoney. Users must contact the recipient for resolution.
Prepaid Recharge
All prepaid recharge sales are final. SaralMoney is not responsible for incorrect purchases.
Liability Disclaimer
SaralMoney is a payment facilitator and intermediary, indemnified from any liabilities arising from user transactions.

Fund Transfers

Refund Timeline
Refunds (if any) will be credited to the customer’s source account within 3 to 5 business days.
