Erroneous Transactions

Payments sent erroneously to the wrong party will not be refunded by SaralMoney. Users must contact the recipient for resolution.

Prepaid Recharge

All prepaid recharge sales are final. SaralMoney is not responsible for incorrect purchases.

Liability Disclaimer

SaralMoney is a payment facilitator and intermediary, indemnified from any liabilities arising from user transactions.

Merchant Terms

Users should review merchant/vendor terms before making transactions. SaralMoney is not responsible for content/listings/bookings on third-party websites.

Fund Transfers

Users are responsible for providing accurate beneficiary details. SaralMoney is not liable for funds transferred to incorrect beneficiaries.

Refund Timeline

Refunds (if any) will be credited to the customer’s source account within 3 to 5 business days.
