Refund & Cancellation
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Once a value is debited from your payment instrument/bank account and you have received the same value in your id, there is no cancellation or refund permitted for such transaction. However, if in a transaction performed by you on the SaralMoney website or Mobile App, money has been charged to Your card or bank account and a value is not delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, then you shall inform us by sending an email to our customer services email address mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page on the SaralMoney website or Mobile App. Please include in the email the following details – value, transaction date and order number. SaralMoney will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the value, then you will be refunded the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to the instrument that was charged.
1. All sales/ Bill Payments / Recharges are final with no refund or exchange allowed.
2. Customer / Agent is responsible for the mobile number, DTH account number, utility consumer number, bank account number and details for Purchases / Bill Payments / Recharges and all charges that result from those Purchases / Bill Payments / Recharges. SaralMoney is not responsible for any Purchases / Bill Payment / Recharges for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number, utility identification number, and bank account number.
